Bangles & Kadas

The deepest part of the collection. Stone-set cuffs, broad kadas, slim bangles made to be worn several at a time, across a range of metal finishes. Bangles are the easiest traditional piece to wear with western clothing and the hardest to judge from a screen, so each is photographed alone and close, without correction. Stack three. Or let one wide cuff carry the whole hand.

Diameter

Traditional bangles are made to a fixed internal diameter rather than a stretch fit. Tuck the thumb into the palm, measure the widest part of the hand, and match it to the diameter given on the page. Between two sizes on a rigid bangle, take the larger.

Wearing

Odd numbers sit better than even. Mixed widths read as considered; matched widths read as a set. A single cuff against a plain sleeve is the shortest route from ordinary to deliberate.
