Where do you send from, and to?
Everything leaves Sydney. We send anywhere in Australia, including regional and remote addresses.
How long will it take?
Sydney metropolitan, typically 1–3 business days. Other capitals, 3–5. Regional, 5–8. Orders placed after 2pm leave the following business day. Full estimates are on the delivery page.
What does delivery cost?
A flat rate across Australia, with complimentary delivery above a set order value. Current rates are shown at checkout and on the delivery page.
Is the jewellery solid gold?
No, and we will not suggest otherwise. Pieces in the Gold-Plated Earrings collection are plated over a base metal. Elsewhere the finish is stated on the product page.
Will the plating wear?
Gradually, with ordinary wear. Earrings hold longest because they meet the least friction. Keep them dry, apply scent first, and store them in a pouch. See the care page.
What does a set include?
Necklace sets include a necklace and matching earrings; several also include a maang tikka. Choker sets include the choker and matching earrings. The contents are listed on every product page.
How do I find my bangle diameter?
Tuck the thumb into the palm, measure the widest part of the hand, and match it to the diameter given on the product page. Between two sizes on a rigid bangle, take the larger.
Are the photographs of the actual pieces?
Yes. Every image is the item you will receive, shot as it arrived. Hand-worked pieces vary slightly, and that variation is visible in the photograph rather than hidden from it.
Is anything suitable for sensitive ears?
We cannot guarantee nickel-free unless the page states it. If you react easily to costume jewellery, write to us before ordering and we will tell you what we know about the specific piece.
Do you sell branded or label pieces?
No. We do not stock counterfeit goods, and we do not describe our pieces as versions of anyone else’s.
Can something be returned?
Yes. Unworn, in original condition, within 14 days. See returns.
Do you take wedding or bulk orders?
Often. Write with the date and rough numbers and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
