Everything leaves Sydney and travels anywhere in Australia.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day leave the same day. Otherwise, the next.

These are Australia Post estimates rather than guarantees. Diwali, Eid, Christmas and wedding season slow the entire network. If a date matters, order into it with room to spare.
Tracking
A number is sent by email at dispatch. Allow a day for the first scan to appear.
If a parcel is late
Wait three business days beyond the estimate, then write to us with the order number and we will pursue it with Australia Post.
Collection in person
Available in Sydney by arrangement. Select it at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.
